Your username is typically your first and last name connected by a period and in some cases it may have a
number at the end. For example:
In most cases, your HunkWare password is the same as your chhj.com email account (Office365) password. If you have forgotten or lost your password, click here to reset your password .
In our system passwords expire after 90 days. We will E-Mail the week before your password expires. If your password has already expired you will need to reset your password with the link above.
If you have already tried resetting your password or you are unable to remember username or are otherwise unable to login to your account, then you can contact Hunk Help and they will assist you.
If we were able to identify your account you will receive a password reset link as an email/text.
Your password reset link will expire in 15 minutes.
In most cases, you will receive the email/text within a few seconds. However, occasionally it can take up to 5 minutes for them to be received. If you do not receive an email/text, please try again with a different identifier or reset method. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Hunk Help .
Despite what you may have been told before, the most important part of making a secure password is length . This means that if we make our password long enough, we don't have to use complicated and/or completely random characters.
Instead, we can use short pass-phrases that invoke imagery and/or have special meaning to us.
